Grace like a song,
Brings me to hear the Savior
In this hour of light!
I have heard the Forever Creator
Speaking of the light that will overwhelm
Every tear that falls
And every heart that breaks;
In a blanket of comfort
And security beyond compare
The suffering will end!
For soon the universe will be remade
By His graceful hands of love,
A new age of compassion
Will come to all who wait,
In the days to come I see Christ
Standing upon eternity,
Smiling in all compassionate joy
Welcoming the forgiven into the light!
I see the messiah in overwhelming grace
Welcoming the rescued
And I have solace in His everlasting grace!
